Rudy was brought to the rescue because he was found as a stray 12/20/13 (near Maricopa Elementary School) He was quite thin and quite shy but immediately warmed up to the child in his foster home. He LOVES children…he loves all humans and will cuddle in any lap available but he bonds quicker to children than to adults. He is kennel trained and doing well with dog door training as well. He is a playful little guy. He is great with other dogs of all sizes.

Sweet Sydney was pulled out of the County shelter. He was found as a stray and never claimed. He is a social little guy who is now ready for adoption. He thinks warming the lap of his foster mom is the best thing EVER! He is smart and learning basic commands quickly. He is doing great w/ learning to walk on a leash and he loves his fosterbrother. Sweet Beau was found as a matted, skinny little guy in the Villages subdivision just before Christmas. No collar/tags/microchip. It was thought that an owner would be located but no one ever came forward so after 2 weeks the family who found him surrendered him to rescue. He is a very sweet little guy who is as content playing with other pooches as he is cuddled in a lap. Doggy door & kennel trained.

Sweet Sirius is a happy happy little guy with lots of love & playfulness to give. He is a distemper survivor who was taken to the vet for euthanasia but the vet and we in rescue though he could make it…and he has! He’s kennel trained and a very good boy. Loves children, other dogs and to just be loved. If you have an open heart, Sirius could be the perfect pooch for you. (Dental Surgery to cap his teeth to avoid future problems from the Distemper already complete!)
