Tallulah was surrendered to the rescue by a woman who loved her very much but due to health concerns and the urging of her family she knew she could not care for Tallulah appropriately. Tallulah is an adorable 5lb lap warmer who would just as soon cuddle up or take a walk. She is a good girl who is kennel trained, dog door trained & does well w/ other dogs.
