Sparky & his son Scrappy (adopted) was surrendered to the rescue from a family member who’s daughter abandoned the dogs. After months of trying to get the owner to take responsibility, rescue agreed to take dogs into foster care. Sparky is doggy door trained. Good with children above 6….not tested around younger children. Good with other dogs.
