Young Ralphie was surrendered by a family who didn’t have time for him and left him kennelled the vast majority of each day. He was not at all well socialized & quite skittish & guarded when he came into rescue but he has blossomed while w/ his foster mom & dad.  He is good with cats & other dogs. He now has learned to play with toys and he loves to cuddle!
