Neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines.  Popeye is an energetic 10 month old puppy who loves to play.  In his eyes, he can never have enough toys, even if they aren’t his.  He would definitely benefit with some basic training.

Popeye is partially house broken.  He is fine on tile floors… but hasn’t mastered carpet.  Being a jealous puppy, he doesn’t play nice with his older BIG sister, so it may be best for him to be the single man about the house, or with another like size & age pup who loves to wrestle & play.
