Sweet Phoebe came from a hoarding situation and has now been released for adoption by the shelter / authorities.  She is a sweet little girl who has blossomed in foster care. She is doing phenomenally with housebreaking, socialization & leash training / basic commands.  A sweet little cuddler who loves to play with other dogs.  Hoping to place her in a wonderful home with playful pooches!
