Loki was labeled “ill severe” @ PCACC and a rescue plea to pull him came quickly. Thanks to his foster mom he was taken directly to the ER where after a battery of tests & x-rays, fluids & prescription he rebounded from his extreme emaciation & malnutrition. He is scheduled for neuter and has been microchipped and had his first puppy vaccines.
