Sweet little Latte went from a scared homeless little guy with many people trying to catch him for over a week to a pampered pooch in foster care. Thanks to the HARTT team he was humanely trapped and our rescue agreed to take financial ownership. He is a playful, snuggly sweetie who loves walks. He is kennel and doggy door trained.
