Harley is a happy boy!  Great with other dogs both big & small. Kennel trained.  He was originally found as a stray & the family attempted to locate owner with no success.   He is now neutered, fully vaccinated.  He loves his foster mom & his beagle mix sister but he would do best in an active house with a family who has time to play with him and keep him active.  He is curious about cats but not aggressive although he WILL chase them to try to play.
