Snoop was brought to us by a woman who found him in Cobblestone Farms. Attempts to locate an owner were unsuccessful. He was taken to the vet by his foster mom because of some symmetrical injuries on his upper chest area. The vet believes they were likely from a harness that had grown much too tight for him. :(. He is a smart little guy who is doing well w/ doggy door training. He has already mastered “sit” within a day of being officially in rescue. He is learning to walk on a leash. He loves to snuggle and to play with other dogs. He is not interested w/ the cats in his foster home.
