Baxter was found as a scruffy, dirty, matted stray but after a groom, he is a gorgeous boy! He’s a smart guy who is wonderful on a walk and knows basic commands. Doggy door trained. Good with other dogs. A little anxious when he meets new people but warms up quickly.
